Requested when observing challenges in equipment operating on oil and greases supplied from DATCO, to be coordinated between customer’s technical team and DATCO’s technical engineers to conduct this visit, perform root cause analysis and present full technical report upon this visit, includes recommendations and suggestions to reach the best possible operating condition.
Plant Survey
Conduct this service in order to know the correct Oil or Grease in each lubricating point.
Lubrication Chart
Making a customized lubrication Chart for each lubricating point. In order to clear separation between grease types and oil types, with extra notes to avoid mix-ups.
Storage & Handling
Proper storage and handling of lubricants are essential to maintain their quality, avoid contamination, and ensure safe and effective use in all equipment.
Video-Scope
Conducted through internal imaging to check the engines, analyze and identify problems before starting maintenance and overhauls to take the most appropriate maintenance procedure.

Analysis of samples for Shell lubricants, Samples are analyzed in SGS laboratories in France as 3rd party lab with ISO certification in quality and efficiency, with our commitment to provide technical support and training for the correct methods of sampling.
Thermal imaging
Conduct the service through thermal imaging to check equipment to analyze and identify problems and for the optimal use of oil and greases to take the most appropriate maintenance procedure or use the most appropriate types of oil and greases for each application.
